Juan Oliver Marroig
Founding Partner
Graduate in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1992 and practising lawyer at the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since the same year.
Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1997.
He practices as a forensic legal advisor and before the Courts, specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law, Civil Law and Administrative Law, which he combines with positions on the Board of Directors of various commercial companies in the tourism sector.
He has participated in numerous important operations in tourism companies, asset acquisitions, corporate and project operations.

Eduardo Martinez Moreno
Founding Partner
He graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1992 and has been a practising lawyer at the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 1993.
He has extensive practical experience in providing global legal advice to companies and professionals in the areas of civil, commercial, administrative and labour law.
His activity also extends to defending the interests of his clients before the Courts, having intervened in numerous legal proceedings since the beginning of his career.

Rafael Juan Nadal Van De Krol

He graduated in Law from the University of Deusto, Bilbao, in 2001 and has been a practising lawyer at the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 2002.
He practices forensic law in the areas of civil and labour law.

Rosario Molina Cayuela

Graduate in Law from the Universitat De Catalunya in …… Specialist in Canon Marriage Law.
University Expert in Bankruptcy Law from the International University of La Rioja. Specialist in Civil, Commercial and Family Mediation. Member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA).
Civil servant on leave of absence, with more than 35 years in the service of the public administration. Trainer of civil servants.

Alejandro Jimenez Lobo
Associate
Graduate in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands, in 2015. Master’s degree in access to the legal profession from the University of the Balearic Islands and the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands, in 2016.
Practising lawyer at the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since 2017.
He practices forensic law in the speciality of Civil Law.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Young Lawyers of the Balearic Islands (AJAIB), as a member, for the years 2018 to 2022.

Ana María Abraham Sierra
